Greg McElroy met with the press after practice Friday -- and it was a LONG practice. Anyway, he definitely comes across like a guy ready to take the reins. Haven't seen enough of both him and Star Jackson on the field yet, but at least as far as having his head in the right place and showing some maturity and leadership skills, McElroy is there.
