Can anyone explain to me the ineligible receiver penalty that was called on BJ Scott during the game? Had he lined up as an interior lineman or something? I'm confused as to how a slot receiver can be ineligible. Thanks in advance,

and the tight end was therefore "covered" and thus an ineligible receiver. He then became an illegal man downfield when he ran downfield. The mistake was Scott's because he should have been flanked off the line.
